The Friday Feature w/Sean: #cancersucks

#cancersucks Sometimes we just need to go to work to help others. If someone gave you $100 to pass on, what organization or #charity would you give it to? Tag it below. Perhaps others will support. #18ForeLife Welcome to Week 115 of #TheFridayFeature. #keeppushingforward as you #leadwithyourheart and #inspire others

The Friday Feature w/ Sean: Hats Off. Thank you.

#TheFridayFeature #SeanVanslyke 👉 Hats off to those who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸 Prayers for those who continue to fight for us. Take time this Memorial Day Weekend to reflect, pray and say “thank you.” Welcome to week 114 of The Friday Feature. As a young man nearly 40 years ago, I was rejected from the military for sleep walking. While I was unable to serve, I am appreciative of those who serve - especially those who gave everything for our freedom. #keeppushingforward and #leadwithyourheart because you make a difference in other people’s lives!

Five Cooperatives Visit SEMO

The Friday Feature w/ Sean: “Gratefulness, humbleness and humility.”

👉🏽 On April 10, 2018, I met a special person in Washington, D.C. We only talked for a few minutes. Four years later, we met again. Same place. Despite Covid. God drops people in our lives for a reason. Take a moment to meet Ben Roberts. Thanks Ben for sharing your message with me four years ago and in 2022! 🙏 Prayers for you as you battle cancer - again! ❤️ #keeppushingforward and #leadwithyourheart because #leadership and #friendship matter. Welcome to Week 113 of #TheFridayFeature My notes from 2018: Ben, a tall thin gentleman, is a retiree from the post office. While he is retired, he hasn’t stopped working. He continues to push forward. As I approached him for assistance, he seemed to be just another person in lobby. But before he accepted his next assignment, he looked me in eye and extended his hand. “Hello. My name is Ben.” As he worked, we talked. Ben was soft-spoken, but easily heard. It was clear he was a man of faith. Christian. When Ben was 16, he fathered his first child. She now has a doctorate and helps save lives. Ben, a married man, said he encourages his clients to remember three things: “gratefulness, humbleness and humility.” It was clear that Ben follows his own advice. During our time together, his actions spoke as loud as his words. He masterly conducted his assignment, but never lost focus on his mission of connecting with his client - me. No phones. No texts. Just two men talking. You see, Ben is spreading the good news. He happens to shine shoes to “supplement his income.” Give thanks.
