SEMO Electric Cooperative seeks a member (customer) service representative with a positive work/life outlook who will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and reliable services to member-owners from a six-county service area in southeast Missouri.

The successful candidate will exhibit strong written/verbal communication skills, possess excellent computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office and a 10-key calculator (10-key test will be given). A bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing or communications is preferred.

The position will be based at SEMO Electric's Sikeston office. Successful candidate must live within 35 minutes of the office. The Cooperative offers a strong wage and benefits package including NRECA retirement and insurance programs.
