- Members who sign-up for Prepaid Metering must sign a Prepaid Agreement.
- The Prepaid Agreement spells out the terms and conditions of participating in the Prepaid Metering Program.

- When you run out of pre-purchased energy your account will automatically disconnect at 11 a.m.
- Pay any outstanding balance to reconnect your account.
- Ensure timely payments to avoid service disruption.
- SEMO Electric provides low credit balance notifications.
- Notifications can be set up via phone call or email through the SmartHub app.
- The SmartHub app offers features such as viewing usage, making payments, and setting up notifications.
