How Do I Set Up A Prepaid Account?
  • Members who sign-up for Prepaid Metering must sign a Prepaid Agreement.

  • You may open a pay-as-you-go account for as little as $25 with no credit check.
What Happens If My Account Gets Disconnected?
  • When you run out of pre-purchased energy your account will automatically disconnect at 11 a.m.
  • Pay any outstanding balance to reconnect your account.
  • Ensure timely payments to avoid service disruption.
How Will I Know When My Balance Is Low?
  • SEMO Electric provides low credit balance notifications.
  • Notifications can be set up via phone call or email through the SmartHub app.
  • The SmartHub app offers features such as viewing usage, making payments, and setting up notifications.
