As you journey through 2025, take a moment to pause and reflect. If you’re blessed with close friends or family, lean in—ask more, talk less. A wise friend (Leigh Morris) once said, “As we grow older, we ask more questions because we realize we don’t know everything.”

How often do we lose loved ones and wish we’d asked more? Wish we’d listened better?

Time is fleeting, and the chance to connect is now. Imagine the legacy you’ll create simply by listening. Don’t wait for tomorrow to start the conversation that matters today.

This week, be intentional. Create space for meaningful conversations. Ask your loved ones about the moments that shaped them—their memories, their lessons, their joys. Write down their stories. Take a photo. Record a video. Do something to capture the richness of their lives.
