For the past three years, Sarah Cron, MIP, CCC and I have been team teaching in for NRECA in Virginia and Wisconsin about leading with your heart. At home and at work.

Every single day we are weaving. With our words. With our tone. With our patience. With our choices. At the dinner table. In the hallway.
