Our 87th Annual Meeting ended on a difficult note as a sudden windstorm collapsed two tents near the end of the event.

One member of our team was injured. They were responsive and are receiving medical attention. Please keep them in your prayers.

Until that moment, we had a wonderful day with a record turnout—thank you to everyone who came to visit. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans for how the day would end. Due to the storm, the business meeting was held briefly. Final voting results will be announced at 9 a.m. tomorrow on our Facebook page.

We also experienced some outages from the storm and are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible. With more severe weather in the forecast, please stay weather aware. We can plan, prepare, and serve—but ultimately, safety must remain our top priority.
