I am deeply appreciative of Team SEMO’s efforts. They skillfully handle our network’s requirements and actively participate in our community—whether it’s running food banks, restoring power post-storms, or sharing best practices with cooperatives across the country. Their dedication to ongoing education about diversity, equity, and inclusion ensures that we serve our entire community with the highest standards.

We take pride in our accomplishments, such as completing a full year without any lost time due to accidents. We celebrate these milestones responsibly, with non-alcoholic beverages, of course!
