2026 Missouri Electric Cooperative Youth Tour

Home from D.C.! Congratulations to our 2026 Missouri Electric Cooperative Youth Tour delegates, Amelya Clayton and Ava Porter of Richland High School!

Sponsored by SEMO Electric Cooperative, these outstanding students joined 110 delegates from across Missouri for an unforgettable week in Washington, D.C., June 2026.

During the trip, they explored our nation’s capital, visited historic landmarks and museums, connected with students from across the country, and learned more about leadership, government, and community service. Highlights included Electric Youth Day with more than 2,000 students nationwide and opportunities to hear from inspiring leaders and speakers.

We are proud to support experiences that help shape future leaders and congratulate Amelya and Ava on representing our community so well!
