What Happens If My Account Gets Disconnected?
When you run out of pre-purchased energy your account will automatically disconnect at 11 a.m. Pay any outstanding balance to reconnect your account. Ensure timely payments to avoid service disruption.
How Will I Know When My Balance Is Low?
SEMO Electric provides low credit balance notifications. Notifications can be set up via phone call or email through the SmartHub app. The SmartHub app offers features such as viewing usage, making payments, and setting up notifications.
