Outage Updates

Update 3:57am:

We continue to have storm-related outages throughout our service territory, and our linemen are working to restore service as safely and quickly as possible.

The Delta substation has been repaired and is back in service, but some outages remain in that area due to storm damage.

Please stay away from downed power lines, report them immediately, and always assume they are energized.

Please report all outages through SmartHub or by calling (800) 813-5230.

UPDATE 2:37 am:

We have identified an issue at the Delta substation. Crews will need to shut down the entire substation to safely make repairs. This will result in an outage affecting members in Chaffee, Scott City, Delta, Allenville and surrounding areas served by the Delta substation.

Update 2:22am:

We are receiving additional outage reports in the Scott City (Roth Drive) area and other parts of our service territory as storms continue to move through.

Our crews are working to restore power as safely and quickly as possible.

Outage 1:50 am:

We are currently experiencing outages in the Diehlstadt and Blodgett areas, along with smaller line outages around the Bell City area.

Our crews are out working to restore power as safely and quickly as possible.

Stay away from all downed power lines and always assume they are energized. Please report any downed lines immediately.
