Each participating electric membership (one per membership) will receive a $15 bill credit and a free participation gift as our thank you.

Electric members will vote to:

Approve the 2024 Annual Meeting minutes

Approve the 2024 financial statements

Elect four directors (one each from Bollinger/Stoddard, Mississippi, New Madrid, and Scott counties)

Vote on a proposed Bylaw amendment

The Business Meeting begins at 6 p.m., and all members are welcome to attend.
