The Friday Feature w/Sean: Be Here Now

✅ The Friday Feature – Week 264: Distractions. It was Senn Delaney’s leadership training in 2008 that first introduced me to the phrase: “Be Here Now.” Simple words—but they’ve stayed with me ever since.

❤️ That message came full circle recently when Debbie and I were in Alaska. We drove for hours—mile after mile—with no cell service. No notifications. No emails. No distractions. Just the two of us. We talked. We laughed. We cried. And we reconnected. It was some of the best time we’ve had together in a long time.

This photo I’m holding is from April 9, 2008. It includes many of my friends from that leadership experience. That moment—and this memory—remind me how powerful it is to pause and be present. #TeamCPR
