Update: 1:32 pm – Fiber crews are currently making repairs to the damaged fiber.

Update: 11:06 am – Subscribers that have service at this time on Highway FF and County Road 824 will lose service as crews make repairs to the damaged fiber.

Update: 10:38 am – Crews have identified the fault areas and working on getting equipment in place.

Update: 8:40 am -We are currently dealing with a downed utility pole from the storms overnight that has caused the fiber outage.
Field techs and utility crews are currently onsite.
